We recommend all Dacxi customers use a strong and unique password, and we hash all passwords stored in our database. Not only that – we've also added a second level of security, by making Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) a compulsory part of the log-in process. You'll also get an email every time you sign into the Dacxi Exchange, to let you know whenever your account is being accessed.
Our people are secure too. All Dacxi employees must pass a criminal background check as part of the hiring process.
At Dacxi, sensitive funds are disconnected from the internet entirely. Our website traffic runs solely on encrypted SSL, and wallets and private keys are stored using AES-256 encryption. Our security architecture is also engineered to stop any breaches affecting more than one wallet. We maintain multiple segregated wallets, and each one is multi-signature, with keys that are secured offline by Bitgo.
To help prevent CSRF attacks, we use SQL injections to filter and verify the authenticity of every POST, PUT and DELETE request. A number of site actions – including login attempts – are rate limited. And across all models, attributes are whitelisted, to help prevent mass-assignment vulnerabilities.
With Dacxi, each transaction goes through a rigorous and carefully scrutinized authentication process, including a number of policy and process checks – which means they take 24 to 48 hours to complete.
Unlike most exchanges, Dacxi doesn't lend out their customers' crypto assets.
98% of Dacxi's customers' assets are kept in cold storage, which means they're completely safe from potential hackers and cyber-security threats. Plus, through our custody partner, we have insurance in place to protect a portion of the digital assets held against losses from theft.
Dacxi complies with all relevant Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements in every territory we operate in.
