RISING WOMEN IN CRYPTO

Dacxi’s Katharine Wooller nominated for “Rising Women in Crypto” award

Dacxi is delighted to report that their UK & Eire Managing Director, Katharine Wooller, has been nominated for the “Rising Women in Crypto” award from Wirex, in partnership with The Fintech Times.

The ‘Power List’ was created to celebrate women working in crypto who are worthy of recognition for their incredible achievements. ‘Being a stereotypically male-dominated industry, Wirex is endeavouring to shine a light on exceptional women, to give others the confidence to get involved themselves in a flourishing sector,’ says a representative from Wirex.

Katharine is thrilled to be part of the longlist. ‘It’s a huge compliment to all the ground-breaking work being done at Dacxi, and also the Women Who Crypto events, which I host, and which we believe are the largest virtual meet-ups of their kind,’ she says. ‘I feel strongly about giving women access to the crypto industry, and Dacxi has one of the highest proportions of female headcount and platform users in crypto.’

The award is judged based on the nominees’ achievement, potential, leadership skills, ambition, influence, and innovation. The winner will be announced on the 2nd November, 2020.
