When using our brand resources, it's important we keep things clear and consistent. Here are some brand guidelines, to help you do just that.

Our Name

The Dacxi name is an acronym, standing for Digital Assets, Community, Exchange, International. In other words, all the things we care most about - with our top priority, 'community', placed at the very centre.

The Dacxi logo has one primary colour and one accent colour; Dacxi Foundation Blue (used for the word mark) and Dacxi Electric Purple (used for the tagline).

Typography

Playfair font family

Playfair is a 'transitional' typeface. Transitional typefaces sit between old-style and modern fonts. They emerged during the Enlightenment in the 18th century, when developments in printing technology, ink, and paper-making led to printed letterforms with high contrast and delicate hairlines.

Playfair lends itself to this period, taking influence from John Baskerville and 'Scotch Roman' typefaces.

Roboto font family

Roboto is a study in contrasts; while it a strong skeleton and geometric form, it's also friendly and open, with gentle curves. Roboto doesn't force its letter to follow a rigid rhythm. Instead, it lets its letterforms settle naturally into their width – giving it a more humanist reading rhythm.
